AMA Talent Agency Booking Policies
PRINT BOOKINGS:
Two Hour minimum. Booking lengths must be specified at the time of the booking and shall constitute the minimum billing time. All model and Talent Rates shall be established at the time of booking. All usage negotiated separately. These rates will be based on standard business operating hours 9am – 6pm weekdays. Overtime is charged at time and one half before 9:00am and after 6:00pm.
NON-UNION TV/FILM/WEB:
Fees negotiated on project basis. Rates can also vary by performance category and media usage. Buyouts to be negotiated separately. Simultaneous on set photography for print or other non TV-film advertising will be billed at an additional billing rate.
FASHION/PROMOTIONAL/TRADE SHOW BOOKINGS:
Check with agency for rates.
WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS:
Will be negotiated.
FITTING/WARDROBE SESSIONS:
Half the hourly rate.
PREP TIME:
Full hourly rate. On set or location styling and make up: full hourly rate.
WEATHER PERMIT:
To be stated at the time of the booking. Type of weather permit must be specified. Cancellation prior to booking day is no charge, provided it is re-booked at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise regular cancellation fees will apply.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS:
Tentative bookings must be confirmed or released within 72 hours prior to the booking.
TRAVEL TIME:
Location shoots are subject to travel charges. Please contact Agency for specific Travel rates.And Any travel 35 miles outside the Center of Philadelphia ,Pa must be shared prior to all bookings.
USAGE:
All rights granted are contingent upon receipt of all fees including agency service charges .Rights released are those specifically enumerated and marked on the release/contract billing authorization provided by models/talent. All other rights reserved. Usage fees must be negotiated for billboards, posters, packaging, POP's, national retail/magazine advertisements, international usages, FSI's stills for television/film, web usage, exclusivity, and use of actual names and or other specialized uses. All uses for print are for one year period unless otherwise specified.
WARDROBE:
Specific wardrobe is the responsibility of the client. Model/Talent for commercial assignments will provide a basic assortment of 3 outfits.
SPECIAL RATES:
Nightgowns and slips are time and one half. Bras, other ladies undergarments (panties, pantyhose) and men's underwear will be billed at double rate. Client must specify the exact type of lingerie at the time of booking the engagement.
CHANGING FACILITIES/HOLDING AREA:
Secure private changing facilities must be provided on all bookings and locations.
STYLISTS AND MAKE-UP ARTISTS FEES:
Based on individuals personal rates and quoted on client specifications.
RELEASES:
Model/talent may not be asked to sign a release without the Agency's permission. Any release signed without Agency permission or consent will be considered void. Releases are valid upon receipt of payment including usage fees and service charges.
CONFLICT/EXCLUSIVITY:
Please check with the agency regarding possible conflicts. We will provide you with the most accurate information that is available to us. We do not however guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the information. Exclusivity must be negotiated as a special use.
PAYMENT:
Payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. Unless Billing Schedule is discussed with Agency Prior to Billing and Invoicing. In the event of non-payment, all collection costs (including any legal expenses and court fees) will be the responsibility of the client, advertising agency or their representatives.
MODEL/TALENT FEES:
All model/talent fees to be paid directly to Actors Models Artists (AMA) Talent Agency LLC.
SERVICE CHARGES:
A service charge of twenty percent (20%) will be added to all model and talent fees, use fees and renegotiated fees.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILTY:
Provide agency with complete billing information prior to the booking, including usage. Provide agency with exact wardrobe requirements, shoot location, time and date and furnish safe and secure dressing/holding facilities for talent. Provide any specific weather permits regarding booking. Client must sign talent/model voucher at the end of each booking.
Client or model/talent should report any complaints promptly during the course of the booking. Complaints will not be considered in retrospect.

Models and actors are not the employees of AMA Talent Agency LLC.
